Every Day, Holy Day Workshop

Back by popular demand, we will continue the series. New attendees welcome/do not have to have attended previous class. Every Day, Holy Day is a book we will continue to read and discuss over the course of 6 Workshops.  It is about something that concerns us all:  bettering ourselves spiritually in whichever form you consider your higher power to be. The program laid out in this book focuses on 26-character traits such as loving-kindness, strength, generosity, compassion, honor and equanimity.  It is remarkably simple, and also remarkably effective in helping you overcome negative tendencies and strengthen positive ones, furthering your mindfulness and reconnecting with your soul. Workshops are from 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. on May 25th, June 1st, June 8th, June 15th, June 22nd and June 29th.
