In early February, the Sawgrass Women's Club visited Creme de Cacao in St. Augustine. We participated in the creation of designer chocolate desserts under the guidance of Crème de la Coca owner and culinary artist, Nils Rowland. The chocolates we created came home with us! Yum!
Jax Cooking School Cooking Class

A trip to Jax Cooking School was planned and we got to make a three-course meal under the instruction of the chefs at the school. We learned a lot and enjoyed a wonderful meal!

SCC Member Clubhouse Kitchen Tour
Assistant General Manager Perry Kenney and Chef Michael Meuse give members and spouses an in-depth tour of the Member Clubhouse and Kitchen. Perry led the group through the facility, providing interesting facts about the construction and transition process. Executive Chef Michael Meuse took us through the state-of-the-art kitchen and awed us with the new technology and capabilities of our staff!
