About the Event
Enjoy a trip back in time on Cumberland Island National Seashore, a protected island established in 1972. The largest GA island features diverse ecosystems and historic sites dating back to Native American and Spanish settlements from the 16th century! The rich and famous inhabited the island over many years and much remains of its history today. Drive on your own or carpool to meet your tour guide at the Cumberland Ferry in St. Mary's, GA, by 7:45am. Upon arrival, you will each be responsible for paying Park Admission of $15.00, or you can use your National Park Pass.(National Park Pass holders can bring along 2 friends for free!) The guide will provide one way tickets to and from the island along with boat boarding instructions.
