SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE!

Join fellow Women's Club members for a Sound Bath Experience. No yoga or fitness experience required! Sound is powerful - it can affect us on a physical, mental, emotional, and energetic level. Sound touches places that medicine cannot; it’s medicine for the body, mind, heart, and soul. It has been used as an effective method of healing for thousands of years. One of the prominent benefits of sound therapy is deep relaxation. Did you know a study by Harvard found that 80% of illnesses are caused by stress…that’s crazy!  Deep states of relaxation can strengthen our immune system and decrease blood pressure so that our bodies can heal and function at optimal levels. Sound has also been shown to decrease physical pain, ease symptoms of depression and improve sleep quality. Sound healing can promote creativity, focus, mental clarity and so much more.
