October Membership Program

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to uncover relics from centuries ago? We are so excited to welcome Dr. Keith Ashley to our October general meeting.   Professor Ashley holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology from the University of Florida and is currently the Archeology Lab Director at the University of North Florida. He is currently coordinating the UNF archeological dig on Big Talbot Island. Artifacts were recently uncovered there demonstrating important clues to Native American life 800 years ago and the indigenous people’s interactions with Spanish and French settlers.
