JAX Cooking Studio Cooking Class

Join Sawgrass Women's Club members for an afternoon of laughter, learning and great food as we cook together with fun and knowledgeable chefs in a state of the art cooking studio. After we cook our menu, we will all sit together and enjoy each other's company while we eat our creations, accompanied by wine. This 2 1/2 hour event is a hands on cooking class and we will cook in teams of 2-3 under the guidance of trained chef. We will cook some beloved Italian classics:

Seasonal greens with red onions, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, parmesan, topped with an Italian vinaigrette dressing

Chicken Parmesan

Creamy Mushroom & Spinach Risotto

Marinara Sauce from Scratch

Italian Chocolate Mousse - a decadent end to a perfect afternoon of cooking!
