JAX Cooking Studio Cooking Class

Join us for a Friday afternoon of full of cooking, fun and laughs at Jax Cooking Studio. We will work together in a private setting to cook and eat a three-course meal, complete with wine, under the direction of professional chefs. The cost is $73.00 (plus a nominal service fee). The menu is still being finalized, but it will be similar to the following:

Traditional French Onion Soup with Crispy Bread and Melty Cheese

Pan Seared Steak with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce

Oven Roasted Asparagus with Lemon and Garlic

Pomme Puree – Silky smooth whipped potatoes with cream and butter

Classic Crème Brûlée with Fresh Berries
